FootAid – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FootAid! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and purchase of products through our Shopify store. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

FootAid is a New Zealand-based business providing footcare products online. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

2. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed successfully. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion (e.g. due to limited stock, suspected fraud, pricing errors).

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateways and Stripe. All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, product images, and text, is the property of FootAid and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FootAid shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. All products should be used as intended. Always follow instructions and consult a healthcare provider if uncertain.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
