π Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods:
β’ Standard NZ Shipping: 2β4 business days
β’ Rural Delivery: May take 1β2 additional days
β’ International Shipping: Currently unavailable (please contact us if required)
Shipping Costs:
β’ Flat rate shipping: $10.00 NZD
Tracking:
All orders are sent with tracking. Youβll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
π Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In saleable condition
Return Process:
1. Email us at info@footaid.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
2. Weβll provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, weβll notify you of approval or rejection.
4. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
Exclusions:
Due to hygiene reasons, items such as toe separators, insoles, or foot pads cannot be returned if used or opened.
Clearance or sale items are final and not eligible for return.
Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos and a description of the issue.
