FootAid was founded by Cameron Collins and Tracy Butler-Holdaway, New Zealand–based healthcare professionals who have spent much of their careers helping people move better, recover safely, and stay active for longer.
After years of treating foot and ankle conditions in clinical settings, they repeatedly saw the same problem: many over-the-counter products were poorly designed, poorly explained, and often did not support healthy movement.
FootAid was created to close that gap, bringing clinically guided, professionally tested, and purpose-built foot-care products to everyday people who want solutions they can trust.
Meet Cameron Collins
Co-Founder | Podiatrist & Physiotherapist

Cameron is dual-qualified in podiatry and physiotherapy and has dedicated his career to understanding movement, injury, and rehabilitation. After assessing thousands of feet across New Zealand, he saw a clear and consistent need for products that genuinely support biomechanical function—not just provide temporary comfort.
Cameron designs FootAid products using the same principles he applies in clinical practice: evidence, function, and real-world performance.
From posting angles and arch profiles to cushioning, geometry, and support features, each product is shaped by hands-on clinical experience and grounded in contemporary practice. Cameron continues to refine and test the range using feedback from patients, athletes, and clinicians nationwide.
Meet Tracy Butler-Holdaway
Co-Founder | Registered Nurse

Tracy brings a strong nursing background, with experience across New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom. She has supported countless patients living with pain, mobility issues, and the day-to-day frustration of poor foot health.
Throughout her clinical work, Tracy repeatedly saw people relying on low-quality, confusing, or inappropriate products—often because they didn’t know where to find better options or how to assess them.
At FootAid, Tracy is responsible for ensuring that products meet high standards of safety, quality, and practicality. She oversees quality assurance, consumer support, and education—making sure every product aligns with FootAid’s values of clarity, integrity, and helping people feel confident in the solutions they choose.
Our Approach
FootAid partners with trusted international manufacturers, but every product begins and ends with clinical oversight. All designs are reviewed, tested, and refined by our clinical team before they are released to the public.
This process helps ensure that FootAid products balance:
Quality – materials and construction held to clear standards
Performance – designed around real-world use, not marketing trends
Accessibility – practical options for people who need reliable support
We believe foot-care products should be:
Clinically guided
Purpose-built
Evidence informed
Accessible to everyone
No gimmicks. No exaggerated claims. Just thoughtfully designed products created by clinicians who understand feet—and the people who walk on them every day.
